Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while keeping our small park running smoothly.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled arrival will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a one-night stay charge.
No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged the full reservation amount.
To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact our team at (928) 235-9365 or hello@flagmtrv.com, or manage your booking directly through your Campspot confirmation link.
For group bookings or stays longer than 14 nights, additional cancellation terms may apply. Please reach out for details.

Our goal is to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable experience. Refunds are handled with fairness and transparency.

Eligible refunds (when applicable) will be issued to the original payment method used at booking.
Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days after approval.
Early departures, weather conditions, or unused nights are non-refundable once the stay has begun.
If the park must cancel or close due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety concerns or emergencies), guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
