At Flagstaff Mountain RV, we’re proud to offer a welcoming, pet-friendly space where every guest can relax, explore, and feel at home.

Our spacious back-in RV sites are designed for short-term stays of up to 30 days, with full hookups for water, sewer, and electric (we have all the amenities you want and more). Enjoy the fresh air and natural beauty of Northern Arizona — all just minutes from downtown Flagstaff and Historic Route 66.

Well-behaved dogs are always welcome. Our sites accommodate various RV sizes, giving you and your furry companions plenty of room to settle in comfortably.

By reserving a site with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which help ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests.

• All reservations are made securely through Campspot.
• Full payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• Rates may vary based on season, site type, and length of stay.
• Applicable taxes and booking fees will be displayed during checkout.

Site Use & Guest Conduct

• Sites are assigned based on availability. Specific site requests are not guaranteed.
• Guests are responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy site during their stay.
• Excessive noise, disorderly conduct, or failure to comply with park policies may result in removal from the property without a refund.
• Please respect fellow guests, park facilities, and the surrounding nature throughout your stay.

Pet Policy

• Well-behaved pets are always welcome.
• Pets must remain leashed and under control at all times.
• Pet owners are responsible for cleanup and maintaining a respectful environment for other guests.
• Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring a pet.

Liability

Guests assume full responsibility for their vehicles, equipment, and personal property during their stay.

Flagstaff Mountain RV is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, weather-related damage, or loss caused by acts of nature.

Important Sewer Hookup Requirement

To comply with requirements from the Coconino County Health and Human Services Department, all sewer hoses must be properly supported from the RV connection to the sewer hookup using an approved sewer hose support system (such as a Slunky or similar hose stand) to maintain proper drainage flow.

Improperly supported sewer hoses are not permitted and may be required to be corrected during your stay.

If you need a sewer hose during your stay, one is available for purchase at the check-in counter, along with support accessories.
