Buffalo Park Trail – A wide, open 2-mile loop with mountain views and plenty of room to roam. Very dog-friendly and popular with locals.
Fay Canyon Trail (Sedona) – A scenic, mostly shaded hike about 45 minutes away - worth the day trip. Leashed pets welcome.
Old Caves Crater Trail – A peaceful, less-trafficked loop east of Flagstaff with varied terrain and a gentle incline.

Pet Rules in Flagstaff City Parks
Dogs must be on-leash in all city parks unless in a designated off-leash area.
Owners must clean up after pets—waste stations are provided in most parks.
Dogs are not allowed on athletic fields during games or organized events.
